We did have a great time. Accommodations were outstanding. Our room at the Hyatt was nice and we loved our balcony stateroom aboard the ship. The food was outstanding and the scheduling details were superb. Maybe a little more sun and less rain but 75-80 degrees is hard to complain about. We felt we were informed every step of the way from planning the trip to execution. A resounding victory as far as big trips go. Thanks,

We had a great time. Our hostess x2 were outstanding. Really appreciated their attention to details to get us where we needed to be. This was our first experience with Spectrum but will recommend them whenever I get a chance.

This trip to Hawaii was planned well as we first stayed on Waikiki Beach in Honolulu which was beautiful. Then some land excursions in Honolulu including Peral Harbor as our favorite. Next, getting on a cruise ship with land excursions seeing the best of Maui, Hilo, Kona and Kauai. It was a full package of seeing the best of Hawaii.

W have traveled with Spectrum in the past. We booked a trip to Lancaster but due to a serious health issue in our family we had to cancel. We are so thankful we took out insurance. After some paperwork to verify our reason for cancelling we received our entire cost of tickets for the trip. I definitely would advise anyone who books a trip (especially of significant cost) to take out insurance. Otherwise we would be out over $2500.
